Yes. All durable medical equipment requires a valid physician's prescription and HCPCS code for insurance billing. Your doctor will provide the specific orthopedic code for the device recommended for your condition.
Your treating physician or orthopedic specialist will determine the appropriate brace and provide a prescription. You can then contact us via the inquiry form and our specialists will match the correct product from our catalog.
Most orders within South Carolina are delivered within 3–5 business days after prescription verification and insurance clearance. Expedited delivery may be available — mention urgency when submitting your inquiry.
We work with private PPO insurance plans on an out-of-network basis, including many major commercial carriers. We do not accept HMO-only plans, Medicare, or Medicaid. Contact us to verify if your specific plan is eligible.

1. Nature of Services
Spring Care Solutions LLC is a licensed durable medical equipment (DME) supplier registered in the State of South Carolina. We supply orthopedic braces and medical equipment — we are not a medical provider, hospital, or clinical practice.
2. Prescription Requirement
All DME requires a valid physician's prescription and HCPCS code. Spring Care Solutions does not recommend, diagnose, or prescribe medical treatment. Orders cannot be fulfilled without a valid prescription.
3. Insurance Coverage
Spring Care Solutions operates exclusively under PPO out-of-network insurance plans and private insurances only. We do not accept Medicare, Medicaid, or HMO-only plans. Patients are responsible for verifying their insurance eligibility prior to ordering.
4. No Medicare Participation
Spring Care Solutions is not enrolled in the Medicare program. We do not bill Medicare for any products or services. Patients with Medicare as their primary insurance are not eligible to receive services through Spring Care Solutions.
5. Return Policy
Due to health regulations, opened and fitted products cannot be returned. Defective products or items incorrectly shipped due to Spring Care Solutions error may be exchanged within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.
6. Limitation of Liability
Spring Care Solutions shall not be liable for injury from improper use of equipment contrary to physician instructions. Maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in Charleston County, South Carolina.
